Business Development Manager – Broker Channel

As a Business Development Manager, you will be required to strategise and implement plans to build and maintain Capify’s network of Broker referral partners nationally and drive revenue for the business. An additional focus for this role includes providing support to brokers who require onboarding and accreditation with Capify business Finance, coordinating and hosting Professional Development days and/or webinars to train and educate your broker partners on the opportunities within the unsecured finance market.

We are seeking an experienced, quota-crushing Sales Account Manager with a “can-do” attitude to join our growing sales team. In this role, you will b required to;

– Take inbound calls of qualified potential clients, completing applications, selling the offer provided by credit & closing the deal.

– Develop, maintain business relationships with existing and new prospects/and influence repeat business

– Ensure accurate capture and updating of customer and prospect data on a daily basis as required utilising internal systems.

– Achieve KPI’s as set out by Management including but not limited to new business & renewal targets.
